Thing 15: Podcasts

I listened to some BBC News and CNN News podcasts. On a "Things You Missed in History" listing,I came across a podcast on Hedy Lamarr, an old film star- dating myself again. Anyhow, supposedly, Hedy was an inventor and invented cellular technology. When I double clicked, I never connected. Don't know what that was about. Actually, I went through all of the directories. Lots of ads. Podcast.com seemed the easiest. Podcasts are not for me. Takes too much time. Quite frankly, in my browsing at home, my spyware flashed with 4 alerts. I didn't appreciate that. Guess I'm unable to think out of the box. I don't know how podcasts can be used to help our library.
